Mrs. Blake's Bio

I currently live in Wadsworth, Ohio, with my husband and three children. My children are very active in football, soccer, basketball, softball, and lacrosse. I graduated from Wadsworth High School. Then I attended the University of Akron and majored in Middle Level Education with a concentration in Language Arts and Social Studies. I received my Masters Degree in Instruction, Technology, and Curriculum from Nova Southwestern University. This is my 14th year teaching at Norton Middle School. Before working at Norton, I was an intervention specialist for Wooster City Schools. I am also a Student Council Advisor at the middle school. I enjoy doing a lot of fun activities with my family like swimming, boating, and four-wheeling. I have always loved reading and finding new books that my students will enjoy.
