Norton City Schools is focused on partnering with our local police, churches, businesses and community members to provide support to our students and families.  Here are a few ways we have partnered with our community:
  • Formed Norton United- educate and assist families and individuals struggling with addiction, human trafficking and hunger
  • High School Veterans Day Celebration (see below)
  • Supplying families in the area with meals during the school year as well as in the summer
  • Providing special items during the holiday time including Shop with a Cop and partnering with Norton Aid to provide food.
High School Veterans Day Celebration
For 15 years Norton High School has hosted an annual Veterans Day Celebration in November. We welcome area veterans and/or current members of the United States military for breakfast and a school program in their honor. If you are a US armed forces veteran or currently serve in the military and would like to attend our event, please contact Rob Howerton at Norton High School to secure a reservation (call 330.706.2702 or email [email protected]).
