Report Cards Going Digital

Parent Access Digital Report Cards FAQs
https://parentaccess.neonet.org/

Who is moving to digital Report Cards for the 2015-16 school year?
Norton High School (Grade 9- 12) starting quarter 1 (October 23rd online publishing date)
Norton Middle School (Grades 5-8) starting quarter 3

Why are schools moving to digital report cards?
The software company has now made this option available.
It is cost effective to the district in regards to printing and mailing (when applicable)
It is a more reliable way to get report card information to parents rather than sending them home with students.
Parents will have immediate access to report cards.

How would I have received my login information for Parent Access?
Registration keys were mailed out/sent home for newly enrolled students and those whose accounts had not yet been set up about 3 weeks after school started. Any accounts from the prior year were left active for this year and neither the username nor the password was changed.

I had a username and password for my child last school year at Norton, will it still work during this school year?
Yes! If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your username or Password?” link on the site (https://parentaccess.neonet.org/) to retrieve it. The link provided in the email you receive is time sensitive!

My child is new to Norton City Schools this year. How do I get a username and password to view grades?
Parents of students new to Norton after the start of the school year need to request a registration key from Jackie Flechler via email ([email protected]). This information can only be emailed or mailed for security purposes.

What do I do if I forget my username or password?
At the login screen (https://parentaccess.neonet.org/), click the “Forgot your username or
Password?” link. The system can email the information to you. If the system doesn't recognize the email address, please contact Jackie Flechler via email ([email protected]).

Where do I go in Parent Access to view the report card?
Remember that only certain grade levels are publishing the report cards digitally (see top of page). If your child’s grade level is listed above, you would log in to Parent Access, click on the report card tab on the left side, and then click the “View Paper Report Card” link to see it.
