Congratulations to Skylar Bechdel for being named the Career Tech Student of the Month for February at Norton High School! Skylar participates in the Animal Care Program at Copley High School as part of the Four Cities Compact. She works on three different farms and in her spare time enjoys training horses. After graduation, Skylar plans to study Equine body work and possibly pursue equine dentistry. Congratulations Skylar!

Congratulations to Lucas Foote for being named Student of the Month for February at Norton High School! Lucas participates in the Media Productions Program at Wadsworth High School as part of the Four Cities Compact. He also participates in CCP classes. Lucas is a member of National Honor Society, Impact Club and Pep Club. He is a member of the Tennis Team. Lucas is the Social Media Correspondent for all Norton sports. He also writes for the Barberton Gazette. In his spare time, Lucas enjoys Cleveland sporting events, supporting the Browns, Cavaliers and Guardians. He plans to attend either Kent State or Ohio University and study broadcast journalism. Congratulations Lucas!

The Norton High School Drama Department brings the the comedy “The Mysterious Murder at Manchester Manor” to the stage on November 7, 8, and 9 at 7:00 p.m. All the Manchesters have gathered to celebrate the birthday of Oliver J. Manchester, but during a hilarious turn of events, Oliver turns up dead, after being shot, poisoned, and hit on the head with a shovel. The only problem is everyone is trying to cover up the murder because they believe that they are the ones to blame. Can Nancy and Prudence solve the case? Who really killed Oliver J.
