THIS WEEKEND - DON'T MISS IT! The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon

Norton students will turn the Brothers Grimm on their heads in the NHS Theatre Department production of The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon on  November 7, 8, and 9 at 7:00pm.  Norton teacher Tricia Pletcher directs the comedy farce written by Don Zolidis. It is a fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators (Hailey Senderak and Tyler Blackburn) and an ensemble cast attempt to combine all 209 stories ranging from classics like Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel to more bizarre, obscure stories like The Devil's Grandmother and The Girl Without Hands. Audiences will be treated to a modern treatment of the tales when they realize that Rapunzel is a teen who needs an attitude adjustment, and the Devil once went on a wacky road trip to Albuquerque with his grandmother.  A wild, free-form comedy with lots of audience participation and madcap fun.
A complimentary performance with free breakfast, sponsored by the Norton Women’s Club, is offered on Friday, November 8 at 9:00am.  Please call Norton High School ticket office at 330-825-7300 ext 532152 for reservations for the complimentary breakfast show. Tickets for evening performances are available online at https://nhspac.ludus.com/index.php and at the door, $8 for premium reserved seats, $6 general admission. Tickets will also be sold at the door. For more information, call Tricia Pletcher 330-825-7300, ext. 532151.
