Norton Primary Registration Day (August 13, 2018) Checklist

Please be aware that parents/guardians will be provided the following documents at Kindergarten Screening on June 11th & 12th. They include: Emergency Medical Card, Emergency Medical Authorization, Permission to Photo Form/Student Directory & Photo Release Form, and the Technology Acceptable Use Signature Form (AUP). If you are unable to attend Kindergarten Screening, the above listed forms can be printed from this Forms/Registration web page with the exception of the Emergency Medical Card, which you will be able to complete on August 13, 2018 at Norton Primary Registration Day.  Click  for and additional information about Registration Day.
