Summer Camps -

STEM Camp and Computer Science Coding Camp

We have received grant funding from the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation that will make a summer STEM Camp for 20 students who are currently enrolled in kindergarten through eighth grade in the Norton City Schools. Camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon daily at Wadsworth High School. Dates for camp will be July 25-29.

Thanks to funding from the Four Cities Compact, we will also be able to hold Computer Science/Coding Camp this year. There are spaces for 20 Norton City Schools students enrolled in kindergarten through eleventh grade to attend. Camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon daily at Wadsworth High School. Dates for camp will be July 18-22.

In order to give more students the opportunity to attend a camp, students will be limited to attend only one camp.

In order to offset costs, there is a $25 fee per camper to attend either camp. Camp fees can be paid in cash or by check (made out to Wadsworth City Schools) and can be sent to school with your student in an envelope clearly labeled “STEM Camp” or “Coding Camp” and your child’s name. After school is out, camp payment will be accepted at the Norton City Schools Administration Building. You must register online prior to making your payment.

Full registration is not complete until the camp fee has been paid.
