Norton Primary Registration Day (August 13, 2018) Checklist

Please be aware that parents/guardians will be provided the following documents at Kindergarten Screening on June 11th & 12th. They include: Emergency Medical Card, Emergency Medical Authorization, Permission to Photo Form/Student Directory & Photo Release Form, and the Technology Acceptable Use Signature Form (AUP). If you are unable to attend Kindergarten Screening, the above listed forms can be printed from this Forms/Registration web page with the exception of the Emergency Medical Card, which you will be able to complete on August 13, 2018 at Norton Primary Registration Day.
